We are experienced in ranching operations to include working with many types of livestock and exotic game, heavy equipment operation and maintenance, and aircraft operation and maintenance. We have performed ranch road construction, land clearing, hunting and guiding operations. Lem is a licensed pilot with experience in surveying game, and aerial viewing of ranches. With experience flying in and out of ranch runways and pastures, he has an understanding of the quality of existing ranch runways and ranch runway construction.
Our large network of contacts provides us with solutions to client needs in the areas of ranch improvement, ranch management, livestock and exotic game management, financial lending, hunting and guiding operations.
We are native Texans, raised in the Texas hill country. Our experience with ranching and hunting operations gives us an understanding of the real estate needs of these industries.
