Connie Chick’s love of ranch land began at an early age on her great grandfather’s ranch in the Texas Hill Country. After living and working abroad for fifteen years in Indonesia, Istanbul, Costa Rica, and the Caribbean, Connie returned to her roots in 1991 where she lives and operates the hill country ranch that has been in her family for four generations. She has one son, Cove, who was born and raised on the ranch and is currently a third-year petroleum engineering student at Texas A&M University.
Real estate became a part of Connie’s life when she returned to Texas in 1991; she has been aggressive in the real estate market ever since. Ranch, land, and live water real estate is Connie’s passion. She is committed to working tirelessly in order to find solutions for issues that often arise in this unique sector of the real estate market.
Connie holds two degrees: a Bachelor of Science with a Major in Interior Design, and a Master of Education. In addition, her extensive experience working abroad has taught her valuable problem-solving skills. These skills serve her well in her approach to finding solutions to difficult ranch, land, and water issues as well as successfully closing ranch sales.
To strengthen her knowledge and skills, Connie also successfully completed a yearlong training program with Holistic Management International (HMI) where she excelled in regenerative agricultural practices that empower ranchers and farmers to strengthen their businesses through better land, water, livestock, and wildlife management.
