This spectacular ranch is located near Concan, Texas with frontage on Hwy 127. The driving time to San Antonio is approximately 1 hour and fifteen minutes, and the crystal clear Frio River runs through the middle of the entire ranch.

The ranch has bluffs, Indian caves and numerous mounds, and is high fenced on 3 sides but is completely high fenced when added to the adjacent 180+/- acres to the North which can also be purchased. There is one main house overlooking the Frio River with a large insulated metal shop. There are also three Chateau style rock houses overlooking the river and dock. There are several water wells on the property as well.

The ranch also has approximately 3,300 feet of both sides of the Frio River. Prior to the drought, there were numerous holes in the river up to 30 feet deep with plenty of room to kayak and even Jet Ski.

The property along with the adjacent 180+/- acres is surrounded by an 8-foot high-fence and the population of whitetail deer, exotics, axis, turkeys and dove is outstanding. It is very hard to find a Frio River ranch this close to Concan. This property offers great recreation as well as development potential.
